Polar array and diameter sizes

i Have just finished my first 'useful' definition.

I started with Andres' screwdriver tutorial. For the top cylinders I will be trying to make cutters. So bottom of top cylinder will be bottom of girdle. Any ideas on how to do this will be helpful.

This definition has 3 variations.

The middle one is just circles instead of cylinders.

For bottom one I made a list of Swarovski cz sizes to control circle diameter.

I have only really started to play with greasshopper in the last week. This is just to introduce myself to this forum.
